Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the service "GA Live Widget" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by [your name or company name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 4 (Suspension or Interruption of the Service)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if the Operator determines that any of the following circumstances apply.

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer systems related to the Service
• When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or other natural disasters
• Any other circumstances in which the Operator deems it difficult to provide the Service

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Operator makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Service, including but not limited to the absence of factual or legal defects such as safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security issues, errors or bugs, or infringement of rights.

The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from the use of the Service. This also applies if the Service becomes unavailable due to changes to or suspension of the Google Analytics API.

Article 6 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users if deemed necessary.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator.
